Maria Bartiromo - the American television journalist and broadcaster who was the first to broadcast direct via the New York Stock Exchange - is renowned for several popular shows that have been extremely successful. A broadcasting veteran with over two decades of experience in writing about economics and business she was instrumental in establishing the TV channel CNBC as among the topmost within the economic and business segment. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actress for film television and stage since the end of the 1970s. Talented as a thespian, she's been working in the world of professional acting over the last 27 years. Her first appearance on stage in the production The Big Funk (John Patrick Shanley) Off-Broadway. The Perfect Tribute was her first TV appearance a year after. In 1992 she got her big break after being cast in Basic Instinct as a supporting character. In the film The Firm however that she was cast as the leading female character for the first time and that too opposite stars like Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman. Through the 90s Gwyneth collaborated with Hugh Grant on Mickey Blue Eyes as well as Julie Andrews for Relative Values. Most recently, she played her character as Dr. Alex Blake in Criminal Minds.
